Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes! We provide all the cleaning supplies we will need to clean your home. We appreciate using your vacuum & mop if you have available,  although we always have back up equipment with us if yours is unavailable.

Do I need to be home while you are cleaning?

No, you do not need to be home while we are cleaning, as long as we have a way to enter. Most clients leave us with a door code or a hidden key. If you are home, we will gladly work around you.

What if I have pets?

We welcome your furry friends! We are used to working around home pets. If you have an indoor pet, please notify us upon booking. We ask that you have them in a kennel or confined in a specific area while we clean, if at all possible.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No, you are not bound to a contract. We want you to WANT us there!

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my visit?

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your visit to avoid fees. Rescheduling will be determined by our availability and is charged a $10 fee.

What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?

Savvy offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please inform us by email or phone and provide photos of any dissatisfaction within 24hrs of your cleaning visit to qualify.

This provides you with the opportunity to have us come back to fix the tasks. The fix-up visit time & date will be in accordance with our availability.

Do you need to visit my home to provide me with a quote?

No! You simply fill out online survey located on our contact page and we will email you a quote within 1-2 business days. Any specific questions, recommendations can be discussed by email or phone once you’ve received the quote.

Do you use Eco-Friendly cleaning products?

 We offer an Eco-Friendly Cleaning option. We use Dr. Bronner’s cleaning Biodegradable Cleaner. Check out the details here:

What types of payment can I use for my cleaning visit?

You can pay with any major credit card or Zelle. You can opt to have your Credit card stored in our system and charged automatically after each visit. Payment is expected to be sent upon receiving the invoice.

Are you Insured, Licensed & Bonded?

We are insured, bonded & licensed business. We want to provide you with peace of mind. Our GST number is located on the bottom of our invoices for your income tax purposes.

Savvy employee’s are selectively chosen through a series of criminal record checks, background & reference checks.

Do I have the same cleaner at each visit?

Our goal is to provide you with the same cleaning team at each visit. With the occasion of illness or booked time off, we would send a different cleaner/team. Our Savvy Luxury standard is taught consistently to all our cleaners. If you are ever unsatisfied with your team, we will be sure to find the right fit for you.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for my cleaning visit?

No! We want you to have us come clean without having to “clean for your cleaner!” If you feel you absolutely need to do something it is helpful to have the space tidied up, beds made & laundry/toys picked up. There is absolutely no obligation to have anything clean before we come.
